We aim to reply within two business days. When you write, please tell us your iPhone model and iOS version, and describe what you were doing when the problem happened. Please do not email recordings, medical details, or other health information. We will never ask for them.
What the app does
Your privacy, in short
Audio never leaves your phone. Recording and transcription happen on the device itself. With your permission, a text transcript is sent to a cloud AI service to write the summary, and that is the only part that leaves your phone. You can turn this on or off at any time in Settings, under Privacy and Manage Consents. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Which iPhones are supported? iPhone running iOS 16.6 or later. The app is not available on iPad or Android.
How do I lock the app? Open Settings and turn on App Lock. It uses Face ID or your passcode. Your iPhone must have a passcode set.
I didn't get my sign-in code. Check your spam folder, then request a new code from the sign-in screen. Codes expire after an hour.
How do I delete my account? Open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account and the data stored with it. Anything saved only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
Something looks wrong or crashed. Email us with what you were doing and what you saw. Screenshots help, as long as they do not show medical details you would rather keep private.
