Sky’s governing board sets policy, approves spending and award seed grants. The board members are business, medical and legal professionals who serve two-year terms without compensation. Many have lost a family member to pancreatic cancer.

He is a recognized expert in commercial retail development, with a proven record of accomplishment in site selection, planning, acquisition and renovation. As President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, he is involved in all aspects of the business.
Sheila Sky Kasselman
Sheila Sky Kasselman was diagnosed with early stage pancreatic cancer in 2007. She underwent chemotherapy, radiation and a complete Whipple surgery. Six months into recovery she began Sky Foundation, Inc. with her mission to raise awareness and fund early detection research for pancreatic cancer. Prior to starting Sky Foundation, Sheila had a long career in the insurance industry and owned a financial services company.
